An Art factory, space of life and culture in Marseille, that was founded in 1992 on the former site of the Tobacco Factory of Seita, the Friche la Belle de Mai is one of the major cultural centres of the Provence-Alps-Côte d’Azur’s region. A place of creation and innovation, of opportunities supported by 70 organisations (nearly 500 artists, producers ..., which, working on the site, have allowed everyone experiences to develop and grow. At la Friche de la Belle de Mai, we imagine, we create in order to enable each idea to find its field of application. All forms of artistic expression can be found. All trends, all generations. Surprises, meetings, debates... often unexpected, are spreading over the streets of this 45,000 m2 village.


The Palais du Pharo of Marseilles is a monument which construction was ordered by Napoleon III for Empress Eugenie in the second half of the nineteenth century. It now belongs to the city of Marseille and is a venue for conferences and events. The site also hosts the presidency of Aix Marseille University. Beautifully renovated Palais du Pharo offers at night a stunning view of the illuminated landmarks of Marseille.


Located in the middle of Aix-en-Provence, near from the Fountain of the 4 dolphins, from july 2010, Hôtel Gallifet is dedicaded to become a crucial adress for exchanges and artistic meeting for art lovers.


When internationally acclaimed artist Victor Vasarely imagined the “Cité polychrome du Bonheur” (“Polychromatic City of Happiness”), he imagined a center that would bring together urban planners, architects and artists. In 1966, Vasarely established a Foundation to promote his ideas of “art for all” and of the “city of tomorrow”, a city in which art harmoniously blends with architecture. “Our existence is driven by two major forces : renewal and preservation. While the world advances from the past into the future, as individuals, we travel from the future into the past... this is our tragedy."...


Temple of voice and music in the heart of Provence since 1948, Festival Aix-en-Provence is now a reference in opera creation and an exceptional place for dialogue between arts.


SECONDE NATURE is a nonprofit organisation that aims to promote Digital and Electronic arts. Founded in 2008, Seconde Nature was created by the fusion of two pioneering festivals in the south of France. Since then, Aix city Council lent a 600m² place to the organisation in order to develop its project. Seconde Nature organises concerts, exhibitions, conferences and a festival called "Chroniques des Mondes Possibles". In addition, Seconde Nature promotes artistic creations in digital and transdisciplinary arts and develops educational activities (professional training, workshops, masterclasses).


The aim of Elles et de pierres is to create art work and to install it to give a special atmosphere to a place or an event. During the AIMAC Conference, the association will present "Filigree" a new exhibition fo Corine Glaich and Marie Line Fouassier, both sculptors, especillay produced for Hôtel Boyer de Fonscolombe.
